Tameda Clinic is a dermatology and urology clinic located in Suginami Ward, Tokyo, situated near Minami-Asagaya Station. The clinic director is Dr. Akio Tameda, MD, PhD. After graduating from Juntendo University School of Medicine in 1973, he studied dermatology at Wright State University in Ohio, USA. He later served as Associate Professor (Department Head) of Dermatology at Juntendo University Urayasu Hospital, and in 1993 became the Chief of the Dermatology Department at the Japan Self-Defense Forces Central Hospital. Dr. Tameda is a board-certified dermatologist by the Japanese Dermatological Association, providing specialized medical care. The clinic offers English language support and is wheelchair accessible. Clinic hours have been updated since March 1, 2023, with afternoon consultations running from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
