Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Mondays and Saturdays, and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Vaccinations require phone reservations and are available on Mondays from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, while infant health checkups are available on Fridays from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Entrance door and toilet renovation work was completed in September 2025, resulting in a facility featuring a spacious and bright waiting area. The clinic offers two parking spaces, is barrier-free accessible, and can provide services in English. For train users, the clinic is accessible via a 15-minute walk from Hamadayama Station or by taking a bus from Ogikubo Station to Takaidosakai, followed by a 2-minute walk.
