The clinic has a parking lot and offers English language services. Appointments are currently accepted by phone only, with reception hours from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Due to the transition to an electronic medical record system, additional time may be required for reception and medical examinations. Patients can use their My Number insurance card or My Number card. Health insurance cards and certificates for elderly medical care recipients must be brought at the time of visit. COVID-19 and influenza virus testing is not available.
