Clinic hours are from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Mondays through Thursdays and Saturdays and Sundays. They are closed on Fridays, holidays, and during the year-end and New Year period. Patients are required to bring their health insurance card for visits.
