With excellent accessibility just a 2-minute walk from the station, the building offers parking and bicycle parking, while an adjacent building houses a bus terminal, attracting patients not only from Osaki but also from Gotanda, Shinagawa, and Oimachi areas. The clinic has introduced examination equipment comparable to university hospitals, with hearing tests conducted by specialized technicians who have completed training from the Japan Audiological Society, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality diagnosis and treatment. The clinic operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (closed Wednesdays, Sundays, and holidays), with morning hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and afternoon hours from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays only.
