The clinic maintains a collaborative system with Showa University Hospital, enabling seamless referrals for advanced examinations and surgical treatments when necessary. The scope of treatment covers ear, nose, and throat conditions, as well as dizziness and Meniere's disease, allergies and hay fever, head and neck tumors, snoring and sleep apnea syndrome, B-spot therapy, and hearing aid consultations. The clinic is equipped with precision medical devices including endoscopes and ultrasound equipment for head and neck cancer diagnosis, nasal laser treatment devices, and stabilometry equipment. Patients can view examination results on a large monitor in the examination room. For fever outpatient care, the clinic has two dedicated isolation waiting booths, ensuring completely separated patient flow between those with and without fever. A web reservation system is available, allowing bookings from 8:30 AM on the day of the visit. The facility is barrier-free with elevator access and accepts credit cards and electronic payments.
