Gotanda Ekimae Hifu-ka is a dermatology, allergy, pediatric dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology clinic that opened in July 2018, conveniently located just a 30-second walk from the West Exit of JR Gotanda Station. The medical director previously served as ward chief of dermatology at the University of Tokyo Hospital and has experience studying in the United States, possessing extensive knowledge ranging from common skin conditions to rare diseases. The clinic treats atopic dermatitis, urticaria (hives), herpes zoster (shingles), and fungal infections such as athlete's foot, as well as pediatric skin conditions including infantile eczema and impetigo, serving patients of all ages from children to adults. In terms of equipment, the clinic offers excimer light phototherapy for atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and vitiligo under insurance coverage, and has also introduced Q-switched alexandrite laser treatment for pigmented conditions such as spots and freckles. The clinic is designed for easy access, accepting credit cards and electronic payments, featuring barrier-free facilities, and offering a web-based queuing system. Consultation hours are weekdays 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00, with Saturday sessions in both morning and afternoon. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
