A new reservation system introduced in May 2025 supports English and Chinese, allowing first-time patients to book online. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and electronic prescriptions are also available. However, the clinic does not perform surgical procedures; patients requiring surgery will be referred to hospitals capable of performing such procedures.
