Ueda Clinic is located on the 1st floor of the Kotobuki Building in Kita-Shinagawa, Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, within walking distance from Shinagawa Station Konan Exit. The clinic aims to provide optimal care as a primary care facility by avoiding unnecessary treatments and collaborating with more suitable hospitals for each condition. In addition to common internal medicine conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, and bronchial asthma, the clinic specializes in treating rheumatoid arthritis, gout, collagen diseases, and allergic diseases. For gout treatment, the clinic provides personalized therapy based on the mechanism of hyperuricemia, and for rheumatoid arthritis, in addition to methotrexate-based treatment, newer medications including biological agents and JAK inhibitors are also prescribed. The clinic offers consultations on health checkup results, providing guidance on standardized basic therapies after evaluating the causes and severity of any issues. The clinic also conducts pre-employment health examinations and pre- and post-overseas assignment health screenings, and is an authorized occupational injury insurance clinic and a contracted facility for Shinagawa Ward resident health checkups. Various vaccinations are also available. English-speaking staff are available, and there is a free parking lot adjacent to the building. Clinic hours are from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Starting January 2026, the clinic will only be open on the 3rd Saturday of each month, and will be closed on other Saturdays.
