Hōyū Clinic, a medical corporation, is an internal medicine clinic located on the 7th floor of Daini Kyōdō Building in Udagawachō, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. The clinic operates on weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM, with morning and afternoon sessions. General outpatient care is available from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in the morning and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM in the afternoon, with registration accepted until 10 minutes before each session ends. A fever clinic is available for patients with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, operating from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM in the afternoon and from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM in the evening. For the fever clinic, telephone reservation is mandatory, and patients must arrive strictly within the registration period. The clinic is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 4), and the Obon period (August 12 to 15). The clinic has implemented the online qualification confirmation system and supports the use of My Number insurance cards, electronic prescriptions, and the electronic medical record information sharing service, qualifying for medical DX promotion system establishment and medical information acquisition fees. English is supported, credit cards and electronic payments are accepted, and barrier-free facilities are available.
