Sato Dental Clinic, located a 3-minute walk from Yukigaya-otsuka Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line in a quiet residential neighborhood, is a long-established dental practice rooted in the Minami-yukigaya area of Ota Ward. The current director, Dr. Takeshi Sato, is a certified oral surgeon of the Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He provides a range of specialized care including implant treatment, periodontal disease therapy, and temporomandibular joint disorder treatment—an area he researched extensively during his graduate studies. Following Dr. Sato's appointment as a professor at Kyushu Dental University, the clinic now primarily operates on weekends. A notable feature of the clinic is that patients can receive high-level care from multiple university professors, including Dr. Koki Hatori, a professor at Ohu University and a prosthodontics specialist, who sees patients once a month. Each dental chair is set in a semi-private booth, ensuring patient privacy. The waiting room has a welcoming, at-home atmosphere, and the clinic operates by appointment only so that patients' schedules do not overlap, allowing the staff to provide attentive, one-on-one treatment and maintenance care. An in-house X-ray room supports accurate diagnoses. In addition to general dentistry, the clinic offers orthodontic treatment including aligner-based therapy, with a full-scale orthodontic program launched in March 2026. A parking lot is available on-site, making visits by car convenient as well.
