Kokoro Clinic Hidamari is located a 1-minute walk from Sakuradai Station in Nerima Ward, Tokyo, and provides medical services on the 2nd floor of Takahashi Building, easily accessible from Sakuradai, Nerima, and Shin-Sakuradai stations. Opened in April 2025, this clinic features bright and calm waiting and consultation rooms with sunlight streaming through south-facing windows, specializing in psychiatric care. The director, a graduate of the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine, provides mental health care incorporating pharmacotherapy with approaches such as mindfulness and introspection therapy, drawing on insights gained through experience at the National Hospital Organization Kurihama Medical Center and writing and media appearances related to addiction disorders. Clinic hours are 10:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and 15:00-18:00 on Saturday afternoons, with evening services available until 20:00 on weekdays. The clinic is closed on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday mornings, Sundays, and holidays, and psychological tests and counseling are not available as no psychologist is present. New patient acceptance for minors and patients suspected of having developmental disorders has been suspended. Appointments are required and can be made via web or phone.
