Mika Clinic, located on the 5th floor of Mimatsu Building on the north side of Kichijoji Station in Tokyo, is a comprehensive clinic offering plastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology, as well as internal medicine and traditional East Asian medicine. Director Dr. Mika Ishii is a board-certified specialist of the Japanese Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, providing a wide range of treatments—from plastic surgery procedures for skin lumps, scars, and ptosis to cosmetic approaches for age spots, wrinkles, and sagging skin. The clinic prioritizes proven, standard treatments over novel therapies, offering procedures with Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare–approved lasers and light therapy devices, as well as hyaluronic acid and Botox injections. A distinctive feature is the availability of acupuncture and Kampo herbal medicine administered by dedicated specialists in internal medicine and traditional East Asian medicine, enabling an integrated approach combining Western and Eastern medicine. Monday through Friday, dedicated consultation hours for women and children are available, and with female doctors on staff, the clinic provides a comfortable environment for discussing sensitive concerns.
