To help reduce waiting times, the clinic has introduced a queue display system. Patients can check the real-time consultation status via a QR code on their numbered slip received at reception, allowing them to wait outside the clinic. Visual field testing and Mitaka City ophthalmology screenings are available by appointment. The facility is barrier-free, ensuring easy access for all patients. Consultation hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the clinic closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
