Director Dr. Hiroko Miyauchi graduated from Teikyo University School of Medicine and gained extensive clinical experience at Kawasaki Municipal Tama Hospital and Jikei University School of Medicine Hospital. She holds certifications as a designated internist from the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine and as a designated industrial physician from the Japan Medical Association. The clinic offers a wide range of medical services including general internal medicine, lifestyle diseases, dermatology, urology, proctology, health checkups, and vaccinations, serving as a primary care physician for the local community. The clinic is also actively engaged in home-visit medical care and is registered with the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Bureau as a home care support clinic. It is equipped to handle advanced home medical care including gastrostomy management, home oxygen therapy, home self-injection, and cancer pain management using narcotics, covering a broad area including Mitaka City, Musashino City, Chofu City, and northern Setagaya Ward. Consultation hours are available on weekdays and Saturdays, with Saturday afternoon hours until 4:30 PM.
