Located in Akasaka 3-chome, Minato City, Tokyo, Shokeikai Akasaka Hitsukigitori Clinic is an internal medicine clinic with excellent access—a 2-minute walk from Akasaka Station Exit 1 on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and a 5-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station Exit 10 on the Marunouchi and Ginza Lines. English services are available. During autumn and winter, influenza vaccinations are offered on a self-pay basis; for those aged 13 and over, a 0.5 ml dose can be administered as a single injection or as two doses spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Allergy testing is also available, with multiple testing options tailored to patient conditions: RAST (select from 13 allergens), View39 (39 allergens), MAST36 (36 allergens), and MAST48mix (MAST36 with 6 additional mixed panels covering 18 allergens). Since it takes about one month for immunity to develop after vaccination, vaccination between November and early December is recommended before the peak season of December to March. Consultations for group vaccinations for companies and organizations are also accepted.
