Located on the first floor of Akasaka Trust Tower in Akasaka, Minato City, Tokyo, Akasaka Medical Clinic is a clinic specializing in internal medicine and diabetes that opened in October 2024. The clinic accepts appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:45 PM to 4:30 PM, with consultation hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Services are available until 11:30 AM on the 4th Saturday of each month. The clinic provides English-language support, accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and is equipped with barrier-free facilities. Since June 2025, the clinic has also offered FreeStyle Libre 2 as a selected medical treatment (self-paid). The clinic is closed on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. While mask-wearing is generally optional within the facility, patients with cold symptoms such as fever or cough are required to wear non-woven masks.
