Located on the first floor of Sophia Toritsudai 1 near Toritsu-daigaku Station, Toritsudai Yoshida Clinic provides internal medicine services. The clinic is staffed by physicians certified as gastroenterology specialists, gastrointestinal endoscopy specialists, and colorectal and anal disease specialists, specializing in upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy. The clinic updated its equipment to the Olympus EVIS LUCERA ELITE in February 2017, ensuring a system capable of obtaining clear images. In addition to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy supporting both oral and nasal approaches, lower gastrointestinal endoscopy utilizes scopes with passive bending and variable stiffness functions to reduce intestinal stretching pain, while carbon dioxide insufflation suppresses abdominal bloating after examination. Sedated examinations with analgesics and sedatives are also offered, and high-precision observations combining NBI (Narrow Band Imaging) and magnifying observation are performed. English services are available. Additionally, a smoking cessation clinic covered by health insurance is available. Medical care for patients with fever or respiratory symptoms is limited to 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and advance phone reservation is mandatory. Direct visits may not result in medical treatment. Mask wearing is not mandatory, but consideration for infection prevention within the facility is requested.
