Located in Kami-Meguro, Meguro Ward, Tokyo, Nakameguro Eye Clinic is an ophthalmology clinic with a long operational history, celebrating its 25th anniversary in April 2025. The facility has established a healthcare digital transformation promotion system and collects and utilizes sufficient information to provide high-quality medical care. Eyeglass prescriptions are accepted on Mondays 10:30-12:00 and 14:30-18:00, Wednesdays 10:30-11:30, and Saturdays 14:30-15:30. From December 1, 2025, Wednesdays are mornings only. For first-time contact lens users, practice time for putting in and removing lenses must be considered, so visits are required on weekdays 10:30-11:45 and 14:30-17:30, or weekends and holidays 10:30-11:45 and 14:30-15:45. Payment for both insurance and self-pay medical care is cash only, and as a general rule, prescriptions are issued for external filling as of April 2025. Meguro Ward eye screenings are conducted from June to November, with barrier-free and English language support available.
