Located in Meguro Honcho, Meguro Ward, Tokyo, Ito Orthopedics & Internal Medicine is a community-based medical facility that originated from a clinic established in 1958. The clinic adopted its current name in 2022 and provides medical care under the philosophy of 'a clinic with no regrets' led by the third-generation director. The clinic offers COVID-19 vaccination services, targeting individuals aged 65 and older, as well as those aged 60 to 64 with specific underlying conditions, from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The clinic primarily uses Takeda's inactivated vaccine 'Nuvaxovid' and may also use Pfizer's mRNA vaccine 'Comirnaty' depending on stock availability. Antigen testing and PCR testing for COVID-19 are also conducted under insurance coverage, starting sequentially from 12:30 PM. The clinic provides vaccinations for shingles and cervical cancer, which are eligible for subsidies from Meguro Ward. Since 2023, the clinic has introduced online appointment booking through E-PARK, implementing a smooth reception system where patients are asked to arrive when within three places in the waiting queue. Patients are required to wear masks during examinations, and those with fever, cough, or other symptoms are requested to contact the clinic before visiting.
