The clinic operates Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with afternoon hours on Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Reception is available from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:50 PM to 5:30 PM. Online reservations are available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays, with Saturday afternoons also being closed. They provide school entry health examinations for elementary school and kindergarten students, and accept patients referred for earwax, rhinitis, sinusitis, or suspected hearing loss. Hearing tests for preschool children are also available. Influenza testing and treatment, as well as allergy testing (blood tests), are offered, and they assist with subsidy applications for hearing aid purchases and in-kind benefit procedures. English-speaking staff is available, and parking is provided. Reservations are accepted at the reception desk or by phone for regular patients.
