Located in Izumimoto-cho, Komae City, Tokyo, Iwase Geka Naika is a long-established community-based clinic that opened in 1964. In 2003, it was inherited by the second director, Hironobu Iwase, who continues to lead the clinic today. The director brings extensive experience from working at an advanced emergency medical center, with a career spanning surgery, internal medicine, orthopedics, and dermatology, enabling him to provide prompt and accurate diagnosis and treatment. The clinic values a welcoming approach to consultations such as "I don't know which department to visit," serving as a primary care physician for the community. Since February 2026, the clinic has resumed fever outpatient services for elementary school students and above, and also provides in-house prescriptions for hay fever treatments (oral medication, nasal spray, and eye drops). Additionally, a health checkup package is available at a fixed price of 9,500 yen (tax included, including certificate preparation fee), accommodating a wide range of healthcare needs. The clinic has also implemented online eligibility verification and enhanced infection control measures, ensuring a safe environment for patients. A parking lot (7 spaces) is available adjacent to the clinic.
