Yu Ladies Clinic Higashi-Koganei is a newly established obstetrics and gynecology clinic, opened in July 2025, conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the north exit of Higashi-Koganei Station. The clinic operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00–12:30 and 14:30–18:00, and is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and holidays. All doctors and staff are women. The clinic director, who is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, also holds qualifications as a clinical genetics specialist, perinatal specialist, and ultrasound specialist. A midwife is always on site, creating an environment where first-time adolescent patients and those feeling anxious about examinations can receive care with peace of mind. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art medical devices, including services that allow saving baby's 4D images to a smartphone via QR code, as well as bone density measurement equipment. The clinic adopts a semi-open system where prenatal checkups are provided until 31–32 weeks of pregnancy, after which patients continue checkups at their designated delivery facility. Cashless payment is supported, including credit cards, transportation electronic money, tap payments, and online payment options. The clinic offers English support, barrier-free accessibility, allows partners and family members to accompany patients, and uses online pre-consultation to reduce waiting times.
