The clinic operates on a two-shift schedule with mornings from 9:00 to 12:00 and afternoons from 14:00 to 17:30, offering a consistent care environment primarily on weekdays excluding Sundays and holidays. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and with on-site parking, it is designed for easy access by parents visiting with infants and young children. Over its long history, the clinic has earned deep community trust, with many families returning across two generations—children once treated here now bringing their own children. Starting April 9, 2026, the clinic is scheduled to reopen under the new name Donguri Children's Clinic Hanakoganei, with Dr. Yuko Chikamoto appointed as the new director and Dr. Erina Nakamura joining as a full-time physician. While inheriting the existing facilities and staff structure, further enhancement as a dedicated pediatric practice is anticipated.
