清瀬診療所 is an internal medicine clinic operated by 西都保健生活協同組合, located a 5-minute walk north of 清瀬駅 Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. The clinic offers general internal medicine as well as cardiovascular and respiratory medicine, covering a wide range of conditions. In addition to outpatient care, the clinic provides home visit medical services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for patients who have difficulty visiting the clinic, with 24-hour, 365-day support available. The facility also offers ultrasound examinations, comprehensive health screenings, various health checkups, and vaccinations (by appointment), providing comprehensive health management support. Since January 2026, the clinic has also begun offering rabies, typhoid, and meningitis vaccines. While Monday and Saturday hours are limited to the morning, Tuesday and Friday evening hours (5:30 PM–7:30 PM) make the clinic accessible for those unable to visit during the day. The facility is barrier-free and equipped with a parking lot. Credit cards and electronic payments are accepted, offering flexible payment options.
