This clinic is located in Ojihoncho, Kita-ku, Tokyo, specializing in internal medicine home visits with English-speaking support. Serving areas within 16km of the clinic, they offer 24-hour home visit care, with the clinic director personally conducting examinations. General outpatient visits are available by appointment. Main target patients include those who have difficulty going out, need medical care but cannot visit hospitals, have dementia, require home care due to severe conditions, need post-discharge care, wish to receive palliative care at home during end-of-life stages, prefer spending their later years at home, or are on peritoneal dialysis. Medical services include blood pressure monitoring, arterial oxygen saturation measurement, blood tests, portable ultrasound examinations, as well as injections, IV infusions, home nutritional management, various catheter management, palliative care, ventilator support, home oxygen therapy management, peritoneal dialysis management, and vascular access management for dialysis patients. Gastrostomy tube replacement and minor surgical procedures under local anesthesia can also be performed at the bedside. Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM. Closed on Monday mornings, Thursday afternoons, Friday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays.
