Hiraki Children's Clinic is a pediatric clinic located in Higashi-Yotsugi, Katsushika Ward, Tokyo. This clinic operates on a completely appointment-based system, accepting web reservations starting from midnight two weeks in advance. On the day of visit, consultations are conducted in order of arrival, and appointments are automatically canceled if arrival is more than 10 minutes past each reception time, so please manage your time accordingly. Appointments for general consultations are accepted regardless of fever, and mask-wearing continues to be required to prevent in-hospital infections. The clinic will be temporarily closed on March 21 (Sat) and April 21 (Tue), 2026. For those wishing to receive the MR, mumps, or HPV cancer vaccines, advance phone reservation is required. Two parking spaces are available in front of the clinic, and the facility is well-equipped to meet diverse needs, including English language support and barrier-free accessibility.
