The medical department is internal medicine, offering hemodialysis and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Vice Director Gen Fukuda specializes in diabetes, general internal medicine, hemodialysis, foot care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic became capable of administering antibody cocktail therapy from October 2021. In times of PPE shortage, the clinic's response using handmade protective suits was featured by NHK and other media. The clinic also focuses on mental health care, employing approaches that combine medicine and technology. The facility is barrier-free and provides services in English.
