Located in Tateishi, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo, this internal medicine clinic has been serving as a home doctor in the community since opening in 1953. Until 2023, the second director established a community-focused system including home care, and as of fiscal 2024, a generational transition to the third director has been completed. The clinic provides internal medicine services for high school students and older, with English language support available. Medical examinations are on a first-come, first-served basis, not by appointment, while only the ward's health checkups require appointments. There is one parking space available. The clinic aims to provide compassionate care that is attuned to patients' needs, striving to be a trusted community doctor with whom patients can easily consult. Closed days are Thursdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year period from December 30 to January 4.
