Clinic hours are daily from Monday through Sunday and holidays, 10:30-12:30 and 14:15-19:00, with closures only on December 31st to January 3rd and Aeon Shopping Center closure days. They also provide services for presbyopia prevention, cataract prevention, glaucoma prevention, and age-related macular degeneration prevention. English support and barrier-free accessibility are available. Note that on days when a substitute doctor is on duty, some tests may not be available and glasses prescriptions may not be issued, so visits during the director's regular weekday hours are recommended. First-time visits and contact lens examinations require check-in 30 minutes before closing, while follow-up visits require check-in 10 minutes before closing.
