Reception hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with Saturday morning consultations available, but morning sessions are not held on Mondays and Thursdays. As an initiative to promote the health of local residents, the hospital holds dance events and various lectures twice a month under the theme "Get Healthy at Kumegawa Hospital," and also offers rehabilitation machine demonstrations. When visiting, non-woven masks are mandatory for high school students and older. English services are available, and payment by credit card, debit card, and electronic payment is supported, enhancing convenience. The hospital has parking facilities and barrier-free access, making it accessible to a wide range of people.
