Shinada Clinic, located in Kuruma-gaeshi Danchi in Oshitate-cho, Fuchu City, Tokyo, is an internal medicine and pediatrics clinic situated just a 5-minute walk from Musashinodai Station on the Keio Line. Since its establishment in 1979 (Showa 54), the clinic has continued to provide community-based healthcare, and currently offers general internal medicine and pediatric services under the directorship of Dr. Hideho Shinada. The clinic places particular emphasis on managing lifestyle-related diseases, providing comprehensive treatment and care for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. Additionally, to address the challenges of an aging society, the clinic is actively involved in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and locomotive syndrome, with initiatives aimed at extending healthy life expectancy. The clinic is located near several general hospitals, including Tama General Medical Center and Kyorin University Hospital, and has established a system that enables hospital referrals through medical cooperation when necessary. Regarding COVID-19, the clinic continues to operate with infection control measures in place, treating patients with fever or cold symptoms in an isolation room by appointment only, based on a medical cooperation agreement with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Consultation hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the clinic closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The clinic is equipped with parking facilities and barrier-free design, ensuring an accessible environment for elderly patients and those with physical disabilities.
