Dō Internal Medicine is located in Higashimizue, Edogawa Ward, Tokyo, conveniently situated just a 1-minute walk from the south exit of Mizue Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. Established in 1990, this historic clinic celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2020 and has been serving the local community as an internal medicine clinic that treats the whole body. The clinic provides comprehensive internal medicine services, covering general acute conditions such as colds, sore throat, cough, runny nose, abdominal pain, headache, fever, and edema; lifestyle diseases including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hyperuricemia; cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, and arteriosclerosis; allergic diseases including hay fever, bronchial asthma, and rhinitis; respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, and emphysema; digestive conditions including indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea; as well as proteinuria, hematuria, chronic kidney disease, CKD, rheumatism, and anemia. The clinic specializes in diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, metabolic syndrome, and rheumatism, providing highly specialized care by doctors with experience at university hospitals and in the United States. A distinctive feature is the dietary support provided by a dedicated registered dietitian. The clinic offers English-language services and is fully barrier-free equipped. For infection prevention, the clinic has introduced AI thermal cameras for temperature screening upon arrival. Since April 2024, the morning final registration time has changed from 11:45 AM to 11:30 AM. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays. In September 2022, a branch clinic named "Kei Internal Medicine Clinic Taniguchi Internal Medicine" was opened and works in medical collaboration with this clinic.
