This internal medicine clinic is conveniently located right in front of the south exit of Funabori Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. Located on the 3rd floor of Toki Building, we provide comprehensive internal medicine services with a focus on chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and bronchial asthma. Since opening in July 1999, we have provided high-quality medical care as a specialized internal medicine clinic, offering consultations for patients with internal medicine concerns. We offer vaccinations, including influenza and COVID-19 vaccines. Antigen tests for influenza and COVID-19 are conducted at the doctor's discretion with strict attention to preventing infection within the clinic. Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday morning consultations continuing until 2:00 PM. Closed on Thursdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end/new year holidays. For clinic operations, we utilize online billing and online eligibility verification to obtain medical history and medication information before treatment. Based on promoting generic medications, we claim the medical information acquisition addition and generic prescription addition, and also accept cashless payments. English language support is available.
