Suzuran Clinic, located in Ichinoe, Edogawa Ward, Tokyo, is an outpatient clinic specializing in otolaryngology (ENT). Clinic hours are 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. The clinic operates on a same-day first-come-first-served basis, with appointments starting at 9:30 AM. If patients are not present when their number is called, their appointment is automatically canceled after 10 minutes. Reservation times are from 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:45 PM. While the number of morning appointments is limited, afternoon appointments are conducted without patient limits. Patients with a fever of 37.5°C or higher must wait in a separate room and must inform the reception desk upon arrival. As an infection control measure, nasal aspiration and inhalation may not be performed in certain cases to prevent droplet and contact transmission, and patients may be asked to wait outside until a waiting area becomes available.
