The clinic is closed on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays. Regular hours are 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. As an infection control measure, patients are requested to call before visiting, and wearing a mask inside the clinic is mandatory. The clinic implements measures to prevent the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings) by installing air purifiers, ozone sterilization and deodorizers, and humidifiers. They also have protocols for handling fever cases, provide hand sanitizer, and staff wear masks and face shields. The clinic prioritizes informed consent, striving for accurate diagnosis through necessary examinations. English service is available, and barrier-free access is provided. Payment is cash only; credit cards and other cashless payment methods are not accepted.
