Teikoku Clinic, located on the 4th floor of the Imperial Hotel main building in Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, is an internal medicine clinic in a prime central location within walking distance of both Hibiya and Yurakucho Stations. Specializing in internal medicine, diabetology, and endocrinology, the clinic is staffed by physicians certified by the Japan Diabetes Society as diabetes specialists and by the Japan Endocrine Society as specialists in endocrinology and metabolism. The clinic offers comprehensive internal medicine services with on-site diagnostic capabilities including blood and urine tests, cardiac ultrasound, bone density measurement, Holter ECG monitoring, and exercise stress testing. Consultation hours are weekdays only, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, features barrier-free design with elevator access, and provides a comfortable environment for patients with mobility challenges.
