One notable feature of the clinic is that since its opening, it has offered less painful treatments for viral warts in addition to standard liquid nitrogen therapy, with similar care for molluscum contagiosum in children. The clinic also follows a policy of customized prescriptions tailored to individual patients' conditions. No appointment system is used; patients can visit by bringing their health insurance card or My Number card during consultation hours. English-language consultations are available, and the clinic has examined patients from over 80 countries since its opening. Consultation hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday mornings only, with the clinic closed on Thursday, Sunday, and public holidays.
