Director Dr. Yoshiko Nomura trained for over 40 years in clinical practice and academic research under the late Dr. Masaya Segawa, a pioneer in pediatric neurology, and the clinic was founded on this extensive experience and expertise. The clinic provides specialized care for a wide range of neurological and psychiatric conditions including tic disorders, Tourette syndrome, developmental disorders (ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities), epilepsy, headaches, sleep disorders, restless leg syndrome, Segawa disease, Rett syndrome, and myasthenia gravis. For developmental disorders in particular, the clinic emphasizes early intervention from infancy, utilizing brain plasticity in its treatment approach. The clinic also offers unique diagnostic methods for English dyslexia and can provide medical opinion letters when needed. Consultations in English are available, and the facility is barrier-free. Hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, by appointment only.
