Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Reception closes 15 minutes before the end of each session. The clinic is closed on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Thursday afternoons, and Saturday afternoons. However, the clinic also participates in Bunkyo Ward's nighttime and holiday emergency care rotation to meet community healthcare needs. In terms of facilities, the clinic has one parking space for patients, and paid parking is available nearby. The clinic is barrier-free and provides services in English.
