The clinic treats patients aged 12 and above, with hours on Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (morning only). Registration closes 15 minutes before closing time. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, holidays, January 1-5 (New Year holidays), and December 29-31 (year-end holidays). The clinic offers online consultation and online booking services. Patients with fever are advised to call before visiting. My Nanao home reception is also available. The clinic provides services in English and accepts credit cards and electronic payments. There is no bicycle or motorcycle parking on the premises, so visitors are asked to refrain from arriving by bicycle or motorcycle.
