Mima Rehabilitation Hospital, located along a prefectural road in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture, is a 60-bed medical facility established as the region's first dedicated rehabilitation hospital. Following its history as an orthopedic practice, the hospital was newly constructed and relocated to specialize in rehabilitation medicine in response to the growing needs of an aging local population. While internal medicine is also offered, the core focus of the hospital lies in comprehensive rehabilitative care. The facility is designed with the warmth and comfort of a home in mind, featuring wood-flooring patient rooms, a waiting area unified with indirect lighting and warm color tones, and a courtyard that enhances natural light and ventilation—creating an environment where patients can focus on their recovery with peace of mind. In addition to a dedicated rehabilitation room equipped with all necessary facilities, a spacious dining area is also available. Outpatient hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 in the morning and 16:00 to 18:00 in the afternoon, with the clinic closed on Sundays and public holidays. On-site parking is available for easy access, and the facility is fully barrier-free, making it a welcoming environment for patients with physical concerns and their accompanying family members.
