Gotō Dental Clinic, located in Mizuho, Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, has been dedicated to oral health care for patients from children to seniors since its establishment in 1986. Currently operating with two dentists, the clinic director and vice director, the clinic provides more comprehensive dental care while thoroughly implementing a patient-first approach. Business hours were updated in February 2025: weekdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; and Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in addition to morning hours. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The clinic takes the approach of honestly explaining not only the advantages but also the disadvantages of treatment methods, and strives to provide treatment that aligns as much as possible with patient preferences. The clinic proposes creating healthy oral environments to prevent recurrent cavities and periodontal disease while preserving natural teeth. They have introduced the "CEREC" system, which provides ceramic fillings and crowns more quickly and economically than conventional methods. Using ceramic materials makes it difficult for gaps to form between teeth, contributing to cavity prevention. The clinic also offers Er:YAG laser treatment, capable of sterilizing periodontal bacteria in deep periodontal pockets of 5-8mm. Orthodontic consultations with orthodontic specialists are available. The clinic offers convenient services including English support, credit card acceptance, electronic payments, parking, and barrier-free access.
