First-time patients, those who have not visited for more than six months, and new patients from October must make an appointment by phone before visiting. Final reception for first-time patients is at 5:30 PM, and follow-up patients are accepted until 6:30 PM. The clinic offers multilingual support with services available in English and other languages. In addition to an on-site parking lot, barrier-free facilities are available, accommodating various patient needs. The clinic has scheduled temporary closure days, with certain Thursdays such as March 19th and April 9th being closed. Regular closed days are Sundays and holidays.
