Tamagawa ENT Clinic is an ear, nose, and throat clinic located in Sakura, Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, equipped with a parking lot. The automatic doors open at 7:30 AM, and the clinic uses a queuing system where reservations are possible, with the waiting room opening around 8:10 AM. consultations start at 9:00 AM, operating in morning and afternoon sessions, with final reception times at 12:00 PM for the morning session and 5:00 PM for the afternoon session. From January 5, 2025, the afternoon reception closing time has been changed to 5:00 PM. The clinic accepts My Number insurance cards and smartphone-based My Number insurance cards, with verification performed on the first visit of each month. Rapid influenza and COVID-19 tests are conducted only when deemed necessary after a doctor's examination, but due to staffing shortages, all-day testing may be suspended unexpectedly, and rapid testing in the afternoon session is temporarily suspended. The fever clinic is no longer appointment-based, and those with fever can visit by taking a number as usual. To prevent infection, nebulizer therapy for patients with fever, sore throat, cough, or other cold symptoms is suspended until the COVID-19 pandemic ends. Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations are not provided. Saturday afternoons may be temporarily closed due to staffing shortages, and busy periods include Saturday mornings and just before reception closing. English service is available, and a queuing display system allows patients to check their queue status even when away from the clinic.
