Since November 2019, the clinic has introduced a same-day queue-based appointment system, accepting appointments via internet or automated phone from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The number of morning and afternoon appointments is limited, and once the maximum is reached, no further appointments can be made. Consultations for both morning and afternoon start from number 1, but since they are not consecutive numbers, afternoon number 60 means the 60th consultation starting from number 1 at 3 PM. Additionally, molluscum removal procedures are performed using anesthetic tape, with a first-come, first-served basis for two patients each in the morning and afternoon. The facility has a parking lot and is barrier-free. Furthermore, English language services are available. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays, as well as January 1-3, August 13-16, and December 29-31.
