Consultation hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 14:00 to 17:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, holidays, and Saturday afternoons. To prevent COVID-19 infection, patients are asked to measure their temperature at home before visiting, wear a mask upon arrival, disinfect their hands, and have their temperature measured at the clinic. Regular ventilation and disinfection are conducted, and appointments are adjusted based on patient preferences to avoid crowding. For painless delivery, the clinic proposes an approach where anesthesia is initiated according to pain intensity without interfering with natural labor progress, for those who desire natural delivery but cannot withstand labor pain. Pain is controlled using spinal and epidural anesthesia, with the safety of mother and child as the top priority. Presence-at-birth delivery has also been available since November.
