Akari Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Kaminishigo, Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The clinic has introduced a web-based consultation system to facilitate smooth reception by allowing patients to complete pre-consultation questionnaires before their visit. Clinic hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, with closures on Thursdays and Sundays, as well as during a three-day period in mid-August and the year-end and New Year holidays. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, provides parking and barrier-free facilities, and offers medical services in English. Dr. Shoko Miyazaki, the clinic director, returned to Shizuoka after 25 years away and is committed to working alongside the local community. The clinic aims to be a welcoming and friendly practice where patients feel comfortable discussing even minor concerns, and offers a 'Mothers' Class' as an online salon.
