Located on the 7th floor of Hamamatsu Act Tower, Act Tower Clinic is a specialized reproductive medicine facility. Director Dr. Toshiki Matsuura holds a medical doctorate and multiple certifications including Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist and Japan Society for Reproductive Medicine reproductive medicine specialist. After graduating from Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in the United States, conducting both basic and clinical research in reproductive medicine, with over 42,000 IVF treatment cycles to his credit. The clinic follows a treatment philosophy of maximizing the body's natural pregnancy potential rather than relying solely on medications and injections, offering services for female infertility, male infertility, anti-aging, and reproductive surgery. Partner physicians include Dr. Yuko Ozawa, Dr. Masayuki Nakada, Dr. Yoshihisa Kitaoka, and Dr. Ayaka Uchida, all experienced specialists in obstetrics and gynecology. English consultation is available, and the clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, with parking and barrier-free facilities. Operating hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, closed on Sundays and during the New Year period. Saturday initial consultations require reservations, so first-time patients are recommended to visit on weekdays.
