Moa Clinic is a psychiatric clinic located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Takaoka-nishi, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu City. The clinic's director, Dr. Yuto Kuroda, graduated from Hamamatsu University School of Medicine and has built extensive experience across multiple medical institutions, including the Psychiatry Department of Seirei Mikatahara Hospital, the Child Psychiatry Department of Tenryu Hospital, and the Toyohashi Mental Care Center at Matsuzaki Hospital (a Dementia Disease Medical Center). He holds broad expertise and clinical experience spanning child and adolescent psychiatry through geriatric psychiatry. The clinic primarily serves patients aged 15 and above, addressing not only common psychiatric conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders, but also actively treating borderline areas including developmental disorder gray zones, borderline intellectual functioning, adolescent and perinatal mental health, and mild cognitive impairment. All consultations are by appointment only. Weekday hours are 8:30–12:00 and 14:00–17:30; Saturday hours are 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Starting in April 2026, an additional full-time specialist will join the team, expanding availability for new patient appointments.
